How many of those top ten have already privatized their state-run retirement programs? I know Chile, Britain, and Australia did. How can we expect to be in the top ten as long as the government confiscates 15% of our income for an alleged retirement program that is bound to go broke if we ever allow the vast majority of those "contributing" to collect benefits?
Reform Socialist Security and we would be number 1.
