With 6" so far and another 6-or-so on the way, that guy with his snowmobile will likely be surfing my neighborhood streets tonight. I suppose owning a snowmobile in East-Central Iowa makes about as much sense as owning a surf board. (Buying on the used market would seem to be the prudent way to go. ;O)
Yeah I'm not sure why people invest so much in snowmobiles around southern MN/Iowa - so rarely do we get enough to make it worthwhile. It would seem to make more sense to get an ATV you can use all year.

I agree. The only things I own that are "new" are socks, shoes and underwear. I'm a super recycler. Even my three dogs and two cats are "used," though none of them like to ride on the used sled with me, LOL!
