Well, it wasn't so much the economy as it was my boss. :P
I read an online article a few months ago of IT workers. It said the 80% would leave their jobs for something new if they could find it. When the market picks up expect to see a lot of movement.

Yep, especially in my field. My contract expired, no biggie.
