among the AmerIndians in the "old days", abusing/raping/murdering women & children was the ONLY thing they turned captives "over to the women" for.
it was the ULTIMATE in torture.
i'm reliably informed that a really "good lady of the tribe" could keep a rapist/murderer CONCIOUS & SCREAMING for a couple of WEEKS, while removing his skin a little piece at a time. (i hope that's NOT too graphic for FR- it IS true.)

Ewwwww! I'm not quite that bad. BTW, maybe you could send in a bit more graphic detail than this to the DoJ so they could understand the true meaning of TORTURE!
