Florida Correctly Rejects Most Provisional Ballots

Would-be election thieves who thought they could pull a fast one are out of luck, at least in Florida. The state caught and correctly rejected the bogus majority of provisional ballots.

Florida tossed two-thirds of the 27,451 provisional ballots cast on Nov. 2, mostly because the "voter" wasn't even registered, the Tallahassee Democrat newspaper reported today.

More than 11 percent didn't count because the "voter" was too stupid to show up in his own precinct, and 7.2 percent had been purged for being too lazy to vote recently or being a felon.

Even if every illegitimate ballot had been included, the crooks would have failed to steal the election. President Bush defeated John Kerry in the state by more than 380,000 votes, or 5 percentage points.

But failure will never keep the 'Rats from trying again next time.

We could use a little of that Florida mojo here in Washington State.

I had to fill out a provisional ballot. My mistake was sending in a DMV change of address when I moved a week before the election. The DMV changed my polling place but didn't bother to tell me.

I probably should have looked into it after I moved, I guess.

Don't be too hard on yourself. It sounds as though you were trying to do the right thing by filing your DMV notice in a timely manner. None of us are perfect ... : )

In Washington state the voters don't win the elections, it's the vote counters that win them.

Uncle joe stalin once said,"Let them vote, we do the counting". The communist demonRATS have that same philosphy and it worked until we got alternate sources for news and communication. These rat bastards have been stealing elections since boss tweed in new york.

We knew the CRATS were corrupt, but it's interesting to see how much they were willing to cheat.

It's interesting how FL had much less provisional ballots cast when they have a considerably larger population as compared to OH.
