"The running dog capitalist Republican candidate finished next to last, while the people's candidate was the runner-up champion!"

"Why did he even come so close!"

You're right. My first thought was to laugh at the dims, but in retrospect, it IS scary and it's a reflection of voters ignorance in our great country.

"I think many Americans were curious to see my plan."

Is that "The Plan" I saw up for bid on ebay? The empty box? ;)

I agree, Jeff. He is an idiot, but we'll be calling ourselves idiots if we let our guard down one tiny bit with these rabid socialists. The vote was too close for comfort for me, too!

Almost two months after election day, Democrat strategists continue to debate John Kerry's loss to George Bush, wondering how Mr. Kerry failed to lose by a landslide.

Satire or not this statement is true

Bush should have creamed a dork and traitor like Kerry

Depressing to think so many Americans can be either so dumb or so uniformed and brainwashed by the MSM

"How can a man who stands for so little still get the support of about 50 million voters?"

Easy.....he based his campaign on trying to discredit the president. Some voters are party loyalists who will always vote democrat(but would revolt if they truly knew what they were voting for). Some of them heard enough lies about Bush to believe at least some of them. Others are just gullible and stupid, and actually believe in socialism. The latter of these three are beyond hope. The former two can be cultivated.

I predict a very bright future for conservatism in America.

Ann Coulter had an article about the clinton-reno expulsion of the little boy form Cuba caused Florida Cubans to go from 30% to 77% Republican. That is a factor in gores loss. This left turn of kerry may even cost hillary.
