Sistah, Sistah, HAVE you been imbibbing? You know Mama always told you about too much eggnog at Christmas time. It always gave you nightmares. BTW, it's about time you got here. Just in time, I see, to wish JustAmy a Happy Birthday, and shed a few tears that I have not seen dear JustFrank in ages...
Not only do we not let them slip by, we are counting them also.
Amen. And it sure speeded up my page loading.

Having moved 15 times during our 37-year marriage, my husband and I appreciate movers who take the time to label carefully boxes they pack for us.
The accuracy of labels can make a huge difference when we try to find something right away.
My favorite was done by one guy who attached this sticker to a box - obviously not knowing how to spell the best one word description: "Animals you hit with a stick at a Mexican party."

Alas dear Sistah, Silly Shelly is no more. The page of her existance has been obliterated, zapped, kapoot. A decent memorial service may be in order.

Actually, it was a case of The Intensive Campaign to (slowly) Clean & Decorate for Christmas.
Steve and Ryan (now 21 and 6'6"!) were here the Tuesday after Christmas for the day -- on the morning of January 8th, there will be a second wave of Christmas when Kevin flies up from West Palm Beach, Jennifer meets him in Columbia, and brings him here for the weekend, leaving the 31st!
YIPPEE!!
To sum it up, 
"the morning of January 8th"
should have been the 28th -- see the Letter/Number Thief is alive and well in 2005..:(

In addition to updating the www.StarBand.net Web site, it is our intention to send you an e-mail update on a regular basis informing you of both short-term and long-term solutions we are implementing. Our number one goal is to get your service up and working just as soon as possible. We are exploring several options including acquiring additional satellite space from Intelsat and other providers. Should we pursue another satellite option, it will likely require a StarBand certified technician visiting you to re-point your satellite dish toward the new satellite.
StarBand Temporarily Stops Billing IA-7 Customers
Until we are able to provide customers on IA-7 with service, we will not be billing or collecting monthly service fees. Pre-paid customers will receive a refund for the period of time during which we are unable to provide service. That said, if you have alternative Internet access at home, at work, or another location, you can still access your StarBand e-mail and the other features by logging-in to www.StarBand.net.

Sistah, my "adopted" daughter has finally registered here at FR. I don't know if she will be here tonight or not. She had something else going, but I wanted to let you know her signature. K for short. I love her like I love you. She came into my life and lit it up with her sweetness, just as you did. Aw, I'm getting mushy here. First thing you know I'll be bawling.
Dubya, is that a real message? If so, how are you connecting?

Its a real message from them to me. I don't know how I am connected unless they have me on a diff dish. It is sooooooooooooooooooooo slow. It took me about 8 mins to post this.
