No.

If not, how do I delete Microsoft Explorer?

You don't. MSIE is, for all intents and purposes, part of the OS. Any attempts to delete/remove/uninstall MSIE may render your PC inoperable.

You don't. you keep IE installed, but don't use it.

I haven't used IE @ home or work for whell over 3 years now. Mozilla runs fntastic.

There is no need to delete IE. You can make Firefox your main browser if you want to
