They're reeling. They DO NOT HAVE THE LEISURE TIME OR THE RESOURCES TO HATCH PLOTS. Any attacks within a year would be coming in from the outside.
That's another reason we're there. Security.

It's pretty disgusting to see those people wearing OBL shirts and taking aid from us. But, just how much aid will the people on the ground get and how much will the terrorists get?

But, this will not change their attitude towards us.
