If the head of HHS Tommy Thompson had ordered an investigation of Terri's STATE SPONSORED MURDER AFTER A ROBBERY, she wouldn't be looking at a mid-January death sentence.
William Rehnquist would probably reject Terri's Law IMO at the Supreme Court unless he had to recuse himself.

I'm not so sure about this. I wrote Clarence Thomas once and he answered me. I wasn't writing about a case though.
If we write to Justices about generic issues about the disabled without reference to a specific case, maybe they could read them and even answer them.
