LOl! We will be polite because we, NONE of us, would do anything to reflect badly on Terri Schindler Shiavo and the fight she is waging!
To them, talking about Terri's right to life is "obscene" and threatening I guess. Got to protect their FEARLESS GOP LEADER JUDICIAL NIGHTMARE GEORGE GREER.
If they want Fla to become a BLUE STATE, then keep hanging up on their own constituents.
If Florida wants to stay a RED STATE, they best read the Republican Creed and get on Terri's side. They best quit hanging up on Floriduh Voter.
People always complain in the abstract about judicial tyranny. Then the FL GOP reelects George W. Greer. It would seem that their complaints were never serious.
And because of the extraoridinarily suspicious events and medical findings surrounding Terri Shiavo at the beginning of this tragedy, I fully suspect Michael of being pivotal in Terri's plight. I suspect him of causing Terri's accident and I KNOW he has layered abuse upon abuse towards her and her family since that horrific event.
He wants her DEAD, GONE and out of the PICTURE. No one remembers AFTER getting a huge settlement meant for therapy and life sustainment, that the party would have PREFERRED to DIE.
NO ONE.
NOT EVER!
My frame of mind....outraged.

Oh my gosh....I can not thank you enough for all that you do! You and FV and others have led this charge to bring information about this horror to light. And I truthfully cannot think of a more important fight to preserve our constitution, our way of life.
Now, please excues me, but I am outraged this AM and am going to rant a bit....or a bunch....
NEVER have I read of a tragedy such as this where the VERY PREMISE is based upon heresay and where the controlling party remembered AFTER HE GOT A LARGE SETTLEMENT granted, so that he could afford to give therapy and the help Terri would need in order to live a full and positive life........
BUT he NEVER used the money to do this.....he ordered NO HELP for Terri......hoping a virus, or rotten teeth or lack of stimulation or withholding antibiotics would eventually cause her to DIE......This is dispicable!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Every time I see a picture of that monster, I think of him asking the nurse, as stated in her affidavit "IS THE BITCH DEAD YET?"

YUM! The power to decide life and death is just soooooooooo wonderful!!! (By all means, Felos, don't encourage Michael to EVER respond to a court order to attend a deposition to determine his fitness as a guardian..play THIS GAME to the max, you know, flimsy excuses, new attorneys, etc. etc, ANYTHING to keep Michael from such a deposition...after all Judge Greer will back you all the way!! Can't lose this money machine,,,right, FELOS?) And Michael, since you and your whore live together and use your home as the business address for the insurance business her family owns, do ya have a LIFE INSURANCE POLICY out on Terri...you have NEVER answered that question, Mr. Monster!)
And Michael Shiavo has ordered that should Terri die, that she be immediately cremated.
Why?

Must be his last SLAP at the Schindlers..to deny them a final goodbye! Or.....maybe he cannot risk an autopsy being done.....hmmmmmmmmmmmmm....wonder why!!!!!!!
Bet Michael Shiavo can hardly wait for TERRI TO BE KILLED, that he longs to see the crumbling sadness upon the faces of the Shindlers who he has enjoyed messing with all these years.
Bet this evil adulterous freak cannot WAIT to hover over Terri....gobbling up her starving and dehydrating as she struggles to live, he has been there before and WANTS to do it again.....and apparently he found having his parents die this way quite rewarding according to his visit with Larry King...
And oh the games Michael plays against the Schindlers. (Remember his smug expression regarding the pain of the Schindlers on the Larry King show?!!!) His game of 'now you can see Terri, now you can't'. Of course as LONG AS THEY BEHAVE, Michael allows visitation. But does he share her medical info ?...NO !!! Too much fun to let Terri's parents worry and hurt.
Does he provide a yearly plan as Terri's guardian as the court orders him to do? NO! Hell...the courts are NOT going to tell Michael Shiavo what to do....Michael is the controller, after all, and Judge Greer goes along with this...
Michael Shiavo's attorneys, George Felos, and his sidekick in the war to kill Terri, Deb Bushnell, along with the ACLU use Terri's quote 'privacy' as a means to keep her hidden, controlled, because they KNOW if America could see this child of God, could see how she is kept in a Hospice when she is in NO WAY TERMINALLY ILL, to see how she has been denied therapy and joy and days in the sunshine.....that their case would be doomed to the trash. And all that money from books....insurance....sigh...would go down the drain!
George Felos calls the Schindler's various petitions and pleas to save their daughter 'GARBAGE'.......................GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They are fighting for their DAUGHERS VERY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!! And he calls their desire for justice GARBAGE????
What does GEORGE FELOS HAVE TO SAY ABOUT MICHAEL SHIAVO NEVER APPEARING FOR COURT ORDERED DEPOSITIONS TO DETERMINE HIS FITNESS????

After all....if MICHAEL LOSES CONTROL O F TERRI Well...FELOS LOSES HIS CONTROL OF OVERSEEING TERRI's MURDER! There goes his book and speaking fees!!!
Michael Shiavo has TWO TIMES REFUSED TO SHOW UP TO A COURT ORDERED REVIEW OF HIS FITNESS FOR GUARDIANSHIP OVER TERRI AND JUDGE GREER HAS NOT EVEN BOTHERED TO SANCTION OR REMOVE HIM FOR THESE MISSED DEPOSITIONS.
HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN???
WHERE ARE THE LEGAL AUTHORITIES IN THIS CASE?
What review has been done of Judge Greer to STOP THIS MADNESS and MOCKERY OF OUR COURTS??/
Where is the CONCERN AND FAIRNESS FOR TERRI SHIAVO IN THIS MATTER??????

WHAT DO THE SCHINDLERS GO THROUGH EACH TIME MICHAEL GIVES THE COURTS THE MIDDLE FINGER AND FAILS TO SHOW UP FOR A COURT ORDERED DEPOSITION designed to determine his fitness?
Obivously MICHAEL SHIAVO AND GEORGE FELOS ARE ABOVE THE LAW AND JUDGE GREER AGREES!
It is too bad that Judge Greer does not have the heart or the wisdom to visit with Schindler's and Terri as the Schindler's attorneys have this past Christmas eve.
Of course....Judge Greer has the abusive existence of Terri in the hospice on his hands...every minute that Terri lays there without stimulation, interaction with others, etc., is upon his hands....

Attorneys ask appeals court to reconsider ruling in Schiavo case

TAMPA, Fla. - The parents of Terri Schiavo asked an appellate court Wednesday to reconsider and grant a new trial in the case of the severely brain-damaged woman whose husband wants to remove her feeding tube against their wishes.
Attorney Barbara Weller, who is representing Bob and Mary Schindler in their legal fight against their son-in-law, said the Schindlers hope the court will give them another chance to argue that recent statements by Pope John Paul II declaring euthanasia a sin apply in the case.
The Schindlers contend that even if their daughter had not wanted to be kept alive artificially, she no longer would have that wish given the pope's statements. Schiavo was raised Roman Catholic.
Schiavo, 41, is at the center of a long legal battle between her husband, Michael Schiavo, and her parents after suffering severe brain damage nearly 15 years ago. Her husband contends his wife is in a permanent vegetative state with no hope for recovery; her parents believe she could be rehabilitated.
Michael Schiavo has argued his wife did not want to be kept alive artificially and his attorney has said judges have already decided the pope's March statements do not warrant a new trial.
In December, the Lakeland-based appeals court turned down the Schindlers request for a new trial without comment. In filing for a rehearing, the attorneys at least extend a stay which now keeps Michael Schiavo from removing his wife feeding tube for at least two weeks.

I called the college switchboard this morning for them to advise the experts on killing people that: "Terri Is Not Dying" and therefore, I objected to the title of their seminar.
