Lindsey Graham is the only maverick. I like that about him. I'll call him again next week as this DCF story develops or is spiked. Either way, it's out there. DCF failed classes of people, failed to protect them by reporting cases to law enforcement. DCF may be the fall guy. IF SO, THERE NEEDS TO BE A MORATORIUM ON ANY AND ALL DCF CASES THAT WERE SEALED OR SPIKED, especially where they are planning to use medicaid to kill Terri.

GAL Jay Wolfson has a new look, sporting gray hair and a manicured little beard. All the players are going to attend. The symposium starts at 8:00 am est. THEY ARE GOING TO DISCUSS WHAT THEY MAY NEED THE LEGISLATURE TO DO to straighten out (Jim KIng's) mess.

In addition to the ALL DAY symposium, JUDGE GREER'S COURTROOM, 2:00 pm est to REQUEST RESCINDING GREER'S STARVATION ORDER OF 2000 and to discuss REMOVING MICHAEL AS GUARDIAN. Schindler Attorney Gibbs said on BayNews9.com (my tv) that "There were going to keep these amtters in court until they are ADJUDICATED CORRECTLY." You, Go, Attorney Gibbs!

Called Senate President Tom Lee's office and told them about the 1. DCF failure to protect classes of people but that news re: same was already spiked 2. There is PUBLIC SUPPORT for a new Bill 692 to protect disabled Floridians im Terri's circumstances. 3. I asked that it leave committee and GET TO THE FLOOR in light of 1. & 2. FV

Terri starts out apparently asleep. A doctor wakes her to start his tests.

Doctor: Terri. Open your eyes up...

Terri: (Startled at hearing her name. She starts moving her mouth and fluttering her eyes, like a person who is just waking up)

Doctor: Open your eyes, Terri open your eyes

Terri: (slowly at first, Terri struggles to open her eyes, then turns toward the doctor, and opens her eyes a normal amount)

Doctor: There you go, good.

Terri: (then, either to show off(?) or wanting to perform well, she leans further forward toward the doctor, looks straight at him and opens her eyes as WIDE AS SHE CAN. >> Note the WRINKLES ACROSS HER FOREHEAD caused by her also RAISING HER EYEBROWS as high as possible )

Doctor: [now obviously impressed] GOOD!! GOOD JOB! GOOD JOB YOUNG LADY! Good Job.

MORE BREAKING NEWS FROM BAYNEWS9.COM. The Department of Health has to RE-INVESTIGATE 2,400 files. It's related to doctors and medical providers. Last night wfla I believe called it Dept. of Children and Family. Anyway, they were both failing to protect Terri.

For those who may know the answer, IS THE ACHA part of the Dept. of Health, who said Terri's matters were unfounded and didn't not go further???

What exactly should we say when we call Sen. Lindsey Graham or other Senators? I did call earlier this week but will call again today.

ACHA was the agency that stated everything was peaches and creme with Terri. They are separate from the Department of Health as I understand it. One deals with doctors and facilities and the other with patient care standards. I could be wrong, though.
