Last Monday we did a double take while shopping in Rapid City, SD.
Tuesday, we went back and had dinner at Uncle Tom's Rib Shack.
Had to get in before it (or at least the name) disappeared, and we'll go back; the 55 miles is well worth it.

There was an Uncle Tom's Chicken in South Florida a few years back. It was a black owned business too.

Saw a sign on a rib joint that said, "Heaven on a Bone". We never ate there, but I love that name.
