If you exclude Israel, Iraq and Afghanistan, japan actually gives more foreign aid than we do.

These countries hate us for the most part...it is a tragedy..but let's keep shit in perspective here. We don't need to be issuing blank checks here. I can't wait for the first Al Qaeda attack on our humanitarian aid convoys and choppers....you know it is coming.
