A US jet registered to a ghost company whisks terror suspects to countries that use torture, according to the Washington Post.
The Gulfstream V turbojet has been seen at US military bases around the world, often loading hooded and shackled suspects and delivering them to countries known to employ torture, a process the Central Intelligence Agency calls 'rendition,' the newspaper said.
The jet with the tail number N379P has been seen in Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Libya, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Kuwait, Morocco, and Uzbekistan.
The executives of the plane's corporate owner Premier Executive Transport Services were all listed with dates of birth from the 1940's to the 1960's but with social security numbers issued since 1998. The newspaper was unable to locate any further business or credit information about the company.
The CIA refused to comment, but front corporations are said to be standard operation procedures for the agency, former operatives told the newspaper.
The 'rendering' of suspects to countries that employ interrogation techinques banned inside the US is worrying and could violate UN Conventions, said Morton Sklar, US executive director of the World Organziation on Human Rights.

I didn't read the whole article, but did the Compost mention that the practice of "rendition" became SOP under the Clinton administration?
I'm thinking they skipped that little tidbit.
Do they think that a secret government jet would use the same tail letters, if they used any at all?
Gulfsteams are nice planes, just next to a Citation, IMHO.
They should put them in the hold of a C-something, instead.
Just like the compost always fail to mention how Clinton gutted the military during his tenure at the same time..
