Where in the article (or anywhere else for that matter) is it intimated, or explicitly stated, that aid was rejected from any other country except Israel?

It isn't. So that means it is so? ROFL! If a story about a minority woman losing her job makes the news--does that mean that nobody else has lost their job?

Feel free to post anything you can find about aid from other countries being rejected. Until then, there is no reason to believe that any other countries' aid was rejected.
