Well, let's wait and see what John has to say about his proposed "reclamation". Constantinople and Alexandria are populated by millions of Muslims. What happens to them? Tell us all about it - do some get to live?
I didn't see anything about exterminating anyone either, I think that statement/accusation probably tells us more about the indivual who made it, than it does about anyone else.
A city, a territory, a country can be 'reclaimed' in more ways than one...just ask the citizens of the former USSR. Or Afghanistan, or Iraq come January, or Iran when the mullah's get their come-uppance.
