By the Time the "UN" is involved, the "Disaster" is, usually, WELL UNDER CONTROL by the Intervention of the "English-Speaking Peoples!"

"Political Considerations" are IRRELEVANT; HUMAN NEED is the ONLY "Criterion!"
To call the "Response" to a Human Tragedy by ANY of the "GREAT SOCIETIES," "Stingy," is a MONUMENTALLY IGNORANT INSULT!!
I GUARANTEE that there are MORE "American," "Canadian," "British," "Australian,""Irish,""Welsh,""Scottish,""BURMUDEAN" Rescuers & Aid Workers at the Sites of Disaster in the South China Sea than Representatives of ANY OTHER CULTURES!!
"Stingy" Notwithstanding, there will be "Virtually NO 'Islamic Rescuers'" in "The Mix!"
The "UN" has NO BUSINESS "Judging" the Response to this Disaster.
ONLY the "English-Speaking 'Great Nations'" will respond in a "Timely Manner!"
The Rest of the "UN" will "Sit Aroung with their Thumbs +p their Collective +sses" & "Debate 'What to DO!!"

I'm sure it is no coincidence that English-speaking goes hand-in-hand with Christianized, when it comes to nations as a whole.
It is the morals and standards of Christianized nations (whether the majority are still Bible believing Christians or not) that are the first to respond with help.
