Claim against Brando

Marlon Brando's former business manager filed a $US3.5 million ($A4.5 million) claim against the Oscar-winning actor's estate last week, alleging he had sexually harassed her throughout her employment and also breached their contract when he removed her as a co-executor of his will just days before his death.

The claim, submitted by attorneys for Jo An Corrales of Kalama, Washington, states that Brando "caused a hostile work environment due to his continuous acts of sexual harassment" towards Corrales and that the harassment continued throughout the course of her employment, which began in December 2000 and ended around March 8 this year.

No further details of the harassment allegation were contained in the claim, which was filed with the Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Corrales is one of a number of people or companies who have submitted claims against the estate in the wake of the legendary actor's death on July 1 in Los Angeles from lung failure. He was 80.

I really need to work on a sexual harrasment lawsuit against someone famous. Who will die next?

I need to work up a sexual harrasment in a previous life that would be great. Any suggestions?

That's right. Go after the man when he's a stiff.

It would be interesting to know WHO contacted WHOM
subsequent to Brando's death! Which came first,
the lawyer or the client?

" ... began in December 2000 and ended around March 8 this year."

Brando died July 2, 2004, at 80 years old.

Pretty horney for an old fat man.

She must have looked pretty good between the cheese burgers.

Brando doesn't care. But the court's should refuse to hear the case on the sexual harassment and be jaundice to the fact she claimed sexual harassment only after the man is dead.

Four years of "sexual harassment" and this is the first we hear about it? Hey, maybe I'll sue his estate for sexual harassment. That's right, I just remembered -- he's been sexually harassing me for years now. I just can't take it anymore. $10 million should get me all patched up again.
