I have the same questions as you. Have you read anything else on this? How was the rotation affected?
Basically, from all the threads and thoughts, I've gleaned that we've been shaken up a bit resulting in a temporary slowing of the rotation resulting in a loss of about 3 microseconds. This isn't enough to make any discernable difference to humans and not to anything else, I suspect.
Also, I've guessed from what I've read, there is a slight possibility of the rotation or even tilt being permanently changed, but it is still too early to discern that. This isn't very probable however.
