I'm amazed that all of Sumatra is 100 feet over from where it was a couple of days ago.

The statement that ALL of Sumatra moved 100 feet is probably an overstatement by the press. It is highly probable that 100+ feet of movement occured in the vicinity of the earthquake epicenter with lesser distances laterally away from the epicenter.

They're saying that movement occurred over 620 miles of fault line. If that's true, that would include the whole island.
