The story of the little Iraqi girl helped by the US troops coming up.

Nice to see an uplifting program about our troops, giving them credit, and showing them in the positive light, they deserve.

Watched an interview that Heather Nauert did last night on Fox - with Iraqi minister/official. He didn't mince words about how the U.N. and international community had really let the Iraqi people down. Said if it hadn't been for President Bush, Iraq bodies will still be filling mass graves. He repeatedly praised the sacrifice of America and Americans. It was quite something....and something that I wish I could send to everyone at the NYTimes, the rest of our liberal media, and the libs I know.

I think most Iraqis appreciate our help.

Here is another nice article about Christmas in Iraq.

GIs, Iraqi Christians Celebrate Christmas
http://www.timesleader.com/mld/timesleader/10498492.htm

"Christmas in Iraq is kind of special," said Lt. Col. Colin Hood, unit commander at Camp Victory near the Baghdad Airport.

"It's kind of a new beginning and that's what Christmas is about for us," he said. "So I'm here with my soldiers and we're celebrating the holidays as kind of a family, doing good things in a new land."

I had only watched for 10 minutes and my TV got all blurry. What is it with monitors and TV's getting all blurry whenever there is something about the troops on? ;o)

Great story about the teacher and her students sending packages!

FoxNews is our only cable station to give President Bush, Sec Rumsfeld, Sec. Powell, Mr. Rove, Mr. Snow and many other any credit or postiive PR.

FoxNews still has a long way to go in stopping the rumormongering. The latest example is -- newsman Pitt and the programed question given to him for Sec. Rumsfeld. It was proven untrue 2-3 days into the rukus. Yet FoxNews kept running interviews and having guests such as the "Eleanor Clift types", need I say more! Finally, Sec. Rumsfeld's life was put into danger - not that he wouldn't have gone anyway, thats the type of man he is - so as to stop the talk shows.

Important petition regarding Capt. Rogelio Maynulet. He is the soldier who was courtmartialled for the mercy killing of the driver of a vehicle engulfed in flames.
