So what is the radio saying before we all go down to the basement?

I don't see this posted on major news outlets.

Does Serbia have this on the Internet yet? I read Russian adequately and could probably make out a little Serbian if it is about bombings and terrorists. I know all those words in Russian. Enough to get the gist.

When it comes to car batteries, it's the current that does the work, not the voltage. Although they are related through Ohm's law. The Amperage of a car battery can cause intenses pain, especially if a coil is used to make a nice current spike.

Having worked in Electronics for over 25 years, I've had my share of accidental electrical shocks to remind me that electricity has a nasty bite. I usually managed to only have to undergo one good zap to remind me about being safe each year.

Electricity is a very nasty method for performing torture on a human being. Burns from fire or acids rate right up there as being extremely cruel and inhumane. I would then rate suffocation as another extremely painful method of torture. A gunshot wound is also extremely nasty, although it induces a shock response to the mind that induces more fear than pain compared to the other methods.

The worse thing about torture is that they are more than likely going to kill you after they get what they want, if you give it to them. A very lose-lose situation to ever get into, avoid if possible.

What an incredibly beautiful church.

Someday people will reminisce about how beautiful Mecca and Medina were.

Now that the Muslims have KosovO, they want to retake Serbia in their bid for a new Ottoman Empire.

Absolutely right. This is from a Serbian radio station, posted today:

“Now let’s go kill some Serbs” | 15:45 December 24 | SRNA

BELGRADE -- Friday – Serbia’s state media has shown documentary footage of members of the Kosovo Liberation Army smuggling arms into Kosovo from a Western country.

The Dutch-made “The Brooklyn Connection” discusses threats by Albanians to begin terrorism against the international community unless Kosovo becomes independent. Part of the film shows guerrilla commander Fljoren Krasnici buying military supplies, including an elephant gun, in a shop, before having it delivered by plane an mule-teams to Kosovo.

In one sequence of the film, Krasnici and a mule driver set off from Albania for Kosovo with the words “Now let’s go kill some Serbs”. link

Also at that site: US-Belgrade relations “improving”.

I know the Libs always want to blame Bush for everything, but this is one that we can clearly lay at the feet of old Billybob. The idiot sided with the Muslims instead of the Christians.
