LOL Not like they made up "seperation of church and state". Funny how the phrase was from a letter Jefferson wrote in 1802, and is found NO WHERE IN THE U.S CONSTITUION!!! (sorry for yelling, but grrrrrr!)

Even if this moron of a principal was right about separation of church and state (which he isn't), what in the world does Santa Claus have to do with religion? These idiots are getting so out of control. I hope this boy's mother files a frivolous lawsuit against this jerk principal. She may not win, but she will certainly make him spend some money defending his stupidity.

I'm also missing how Santa Claus is representative of a religion. Is he in some section of the Bible that I'm unfamiliar with?

I hope this boy's mother files a frivolous lawsuit against this jerk principal. I suspect that's why we have this in the story:
Lafond was told to go to a locker room to remove the Santa suit, but he left the building, creating a possible safety issue, said Gaylord.
In other words, don't make trouble or we will expel your kid permanently for being a "safety risk".

And you would go to a "holiday" party to celebrate what holiday again? By having a party where all can attend, isn't that inclusion?

I suppose if he "dressed up" as a DIVA he wouldn't of offended the jerk.
