Thanks JP. When I see these different incidents, it reminds me that there have often been times when AQ suspects were caught with diagrams that indicated the locations of underground utilities. That is one of the reasons why many of these incidents catch my attention. It only adds to my hypothesis when the utility officials are befuttled by the how and why of an incident.
With this mall incident and the car blowing off of the ground, it makes me wonder if it is possible to place a vehicle with explosives over just the right spot to get the intended effect from the underground gas line.
BTW....AMEN to your post #2685. My brother's fiancee was murdered by a stalker 11 years ago. The judicial system did not take her seriously. The killer had already murdered someone else and walked on a technicality...and he knew how to use the system.

Several additional incompletely folded blankets were noted, and hidden in each one was a box cutter: a total of five. It appeared that these had been placed there by the cleaning crew prior to the boarding of the airplane....."
This article reminds me of one I found last year. There were ME cleaning crews in Germany/Italy (I can't recall which country) who were placing items behind panels in the plane, in the overhead compartments and other places. I need to try to find this article.
