Also interesting info. regarding Chertoff and Enron and Worldcom. Some off the wall kooky finds from DU type sites. But the general gist is that in Enron's case he went after Arthur Anderson (the accounting firm) and spared the Enron execs.

IMO, how could Martha Stewart be in prison for lying on a $40 thousand +/- gain; and the Enron execs. who cost this country jobs, pensions, and probably billions in fraud with the California energy debacle....not be sitting in jail!

I can't help but think that Chertoff has been completely vetted. He's also been through 2 or 3 Senate confirmations already. So he 'should' be one of the good guys, right??

Poor Martha...I agree with you. What a waste of time and money to have pursued her.
