A hand recount is allowed by state law, so I don't want to hear the pubbies bitching about it unless they have proof of malfeasance.

I don't want to hear them ever stop bitching!

Didn't King Co. keep counting and finding "new" votes until they got the result they needed?

Didn't they go out and even ressurect votes that had something wrong with them?

Now just give it up?

The court ruled today they could count the "found" ballots and the court previously allowed them to track down voters of rejected ballots with signature problems and obtain an affidavit.

So if the new found votes are ruled legal by the state courts, I don't want to press the case with the feds, unless they have PROOF of malfeasance.

from the threads last night, I am still not sure if the reported "8 vote win" includes these ballots, which were initially disqualified because there was no matching registration in the computer - but the Dems managed to find paper registriations (not entered into the computer) that matched those ballots.

but these ballots are allowed now, but I still do not know that for the counts being reported, these ballots provide the margin of victory.
