"Didn't King Co. keep counting and finding "new" votes until they got the result they needed?
Didn't they go out and even ressurect votes that had something wrong with them?"
The court ruled today they could count the "found" ballots and the court previously allowed them to track down voters of rejected ballots with signature problems and obtain an affidavit.
So if the new found votes are ruled legal by the state courts, I don't want to press the case with the feds, unless they have PROOF of malfeasance.
all that will do is give the big thumbs up to use of this fraud technique by the Dems. either you have an election mechanism that enters registrations into the computerized system, and you trust that system to validate the ballots against, or you scrap the whole thing. you can't come back during the recount process and starting mining through the paper registrations. we all understand how the paper files make fraud trivial - just insert a back dated form in there, and you've got it. impossible to track.
Before Bush v. Gore we were told that the judicial branch was generally reluctant to insert themselves in the electoral process, that seems like a very long time ago huh?
Will Rossi "contest" the result? Isn't that the usual next step?
