I read the title several times and thought it said THE BOWSER WARS...I know when I've been scanning headlines for too long when I start mis-reading them in typically obscene or ironic malaprops... like the time I glanced at the TV Guide program scroller, and read
"An Officer and a Gentleman and my Wife..."

LOL...There's a sign in a town outside Tulsa that is written in script which reads physical therapy but I swear it looks like vaginal therapy. The script in the typeset is placed in such a way that one must take a double look-see

The tire store down the street has a new ad up on its sign-- one side reads
Ride with Nitrogen
While the opposite side reads
Ride with Nirogen
...which has prompted lots of rude commentary about that being the Ebonics version of "nitrogen"- but it's gotten so much attention that they haven't corrected the spelling...

POPULAR MECHANICS lab-tests digital camcorders.
They really liked this Panasonic, which looks like it would be a cool videoblogging tool, too. I have to say, though, that for videoblogging the video capabilities of digital still cameras are looking pretty good. My little Sony pocket camera shoots 640 x 480 30fps video, with shockingly good sound. And I shot all the video for this piece using still pocket cameras -- a Sony and (for the underwater parts) an Olympus.
There's even one that shoots in HD (1280 x 720 pixels). That's overkill for videoblogging, of course, but it's sort of cool.
