It would be nice for Bush to put it out there but his responses in regards to the armor question have been poor and contributed to this uproar.
People are so concerned about the armor on our Humvees. How would the American public respond if we sacrifice our SUV's for up-armored Humvee's for our soldiers? Have a wartime production? I don't think the American public would be capable of handling that.
How about the workers who put the armor together? We want to support Unions but will they cooperate during production time? It all MSM hype with no concerns about our troops!
We should be concerned about that terrible natural disaster in South East Asia!
