Any further recount would just add to the Democratic total. They can find as many votes as they need to.

If Rossi gets screwed out of this election, he should at least refrain from offering a formal concession. Something along the lines of, "Considering the circumstances surrounding my opponent's claimed victory, I do not feel that a concession is appropriate."

But state Democratic Party Chairman Paul Berendt said last night the party's calculations indicate that, with virtually all of the votes tallied, Gregoire is ahead by eight votes.

WHEW!

FINALLY! They can stop counting...

Seriously, we'll likely be getting a runoff. Dino will roll.

I guess they finally "found" enough ballots. What a surprise.

Democrats like to play fantasy and claim Republicans steal elections -- but WATCH, children, and MARVEL as the *professionals*, the *Democrats*, do it.

Unspeakable irony this.

* THEY are the party of abortion on demand for any reason for all nine months - it's a woman's choice, the tacit assumption being this: since there is no absolute truth, who has a right to impose law to protect the weak?

* THEY are the party of "tolerance"1.

* THEY are the party of relativism, related to tolerance.

* THEY are the home of those who believe in no absolute truth.

* THEY hail those who do not fear God or his commandments, including Do not bear false testimony.

Given these facts, who is more likely to cheat?

1 except when it comes to the unborn and the military.
