When will Jesus return?

I am inclined to accept the inspired word of God (with the help of a few men) for the answer to this one.

When will Jesus return?

"But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only". Matthew 24:36

But of that day and hour knoweth no man

This is EASY!

Look at a globe: see that there are at least 24 different 'hours' on the globe at any time (time zones, DST), as well as two separate days (International Dateline)!

I accept that. I also accept,

"Rev 9:15 And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men."

Why didn't Jesus add "month and year" in Matthew 24?

PLEASE NOTE

in that Scripture:

"day and hour"

that leaves week, month, season, year, era . . .

Sigh.
