WASHINGTON Sen. Hillary Clinton is one of the most loyal Democrats in the Senate, while Sen. Charles Schumer is slightly less inclined to vote with the party, according to a 2004 vote summary.Clinton's party-loyalty score is 96 percent among the highest in the Senate meaning she sided with fellow Democrats on more than 200 votes cast during the last year of the 108th Congress, according to the study by Congressional Quarterly magazine.

Although Clinton and Schumer agree on many issues, there are areas where they take ideological positions that are 180 degrees apart. One of the most notable came recently on President Bush's decision to name Porter Goss head of the CIA.
Schumer voted with Republicans to approve the nominee, but Clinton and a handful of Democrats argued that Goss was a partisan and they voted no.
Earlier in the year, Clinton voted in favor of a plan that would have hammered smokers, upping the tax on a pack of cigarettes from 39 cents to $1 a pack in exchange for more spending on mental health and other areas. Schumer voted no, defeating the plan along with Republicans.
Clinton also voted alongside a minority of Democrats in trying to block efforts to extend the moratorium on Internet taxes.

Does her 96% Democrat voting loyalty hurt her outside of NY?
Hey Kattracks, nocturnal one. I'll say my favorite line regarding the evil Clintons:
G*dd*m Bill and Hillary Clinton, the two most evil politicians this country has ever had to face (and unfortunately is still facing)!
Will there ever be any rest
from the Hillary Threat?
She is going to wear us down
by sheer force of her Will (and her William too.)
"I WILL be President" she moans.
And we moan with her...
If you always vote the party line, does that mean you are partisan?
Funny, I thought only evil Republicans were partisan.
Some out-there are still working
to STOP the Clintons.
10 years of effort.
It's Christmas time, lets remember
our friends...

It's going to.She will discover in 08 what Kerry discovered in 04.Records follow you.
For a second there I thought this was written by DICKIE Morris, and boy, was I gonna have a field day.
Just think of your revulsion if the word CAMEL appeared in that title.
I had no idea what you were talking about until I did a search.
Learn something new every day.
PT Barnum was correct, there is a sucker born every minute.
If she doesn't, she's going to have to do a helluvalot of winking and nudging.

Interesting. I wonder where she's "getting it." From Janet, or Rosie?
Toes or tows?
Some would you not user the word 'sucker' when referring to a Clinton topic.
This should be remembered and used when she goes national.
BTW, the way this is written presumes the tax is inevitable, or that it once was in existence. Is there also a moratorium on the taxing of the air we breath?
.
Did you happen to see this about the Enemy Within HILLARY -&- her voting to tax her arch-foe...
...the Internet..?
ALOHA
.
Wow, yeah, list the stuff for sure.
I remember when my $29 cell phone service and $3 insurance came to $33. Today it costs $38. That was an increase of $5 for BS taxes.
I do assume the same inevitable taxation is on the board for the net to be sure. It stinks.
