America yesterday got this first look at the miracle baby who survived being ripped from her mother's womb, as the tragic mom was laid to rest.

The rites took place amid new reports that Bobbie Jo Stinnett's suspected killer not only faked her pregnancy, but was unable to have any more children.

Montgomery had told friends and family, including her husband that she was expecting to give birth this month. But her ex-husband, Carl Boman, told a television station that Montgomery had undergone a tubal litigation after their last child together more than a decade ago.

"It's all a lie," Boman said. "Since August of 1990, she has never been pregnant. I took her after she had our youngest daughter, and she had her tubes tied." Montgomery actually met Stinnett almost a year ago, first through online conversations and later in a face-to-face meeting at an April dog show in Texas where they both showed rat terrier dogs they bred. The past connection has people acquainted with both women convinced that the murder was calculated. Montgomery followed her rival's pregnancy, they say, and struck as the clock was winding down on her own lie about expecting a baby.

Montgomery had told friends online that she was due Dec. 16 — the same day Stinnett was murdered.

The heinousness of this crime leaves me speechless. Thank goodness the baby lived and was found.

It's like a horrible nightmare. I wish it were not true. Will say prayers for the whole Stinnett family.
