You're right. They should. But Rossi, the Republican, has taken two out of three. That alone dictates a winner in most sports games.
But NOT until Rossi has ALSO had a chance to manufacture---I mean find---a few hundred "lost," but now "found" ballots.
A recount, under WA state law is automatic if the hand recount overturns the result.
Folks, this is just beyond the pale. I actually think losing this race could be the best thing for Republicans in this state, given that it's now happened twice. Once to Rossi and once to Gorton.
Not even Chicago is this corrupt. It's an embarrassment to be a Washingtonian right now.
