"Berendt and Democratic party officials reached the conclusion after crunching numbers supplied by King County, and adding in 320 ballots that were considered during a meeting today of the county's canvassing board." (From your link)

320 ballots? What the heck? When were they considering 320 ballots? Never heard that number before.

:) Let me see if I still have that absentee ballot and call the District Attorney's office, telling him how I got disenfranchised in my move to Nevada. I got eight or so friends too. :)

From KOMO-TV Seattle:

Berendt and Democratic party officials reached the conclusion after crunching numbers supplied by King County, and adding in 320 ballots that were considered during a meeting today of the county's canvassing board.

Well, isn't that special.

what does WA use, optical scan ballots? punch cards

I'll let someone more knowledgeable answer. But I don't think all counties are the same.

I know. It's depressing to think about after all that work. Of course this isn't over though.

I believe, in Atlanta, we call this "making it up as you go along".

Seriously I guess during the first 2 counts the results were so close that they warranted TWO recounts. Yet this win by a decisive 8 votes is set in stone.

Too rich.

Good catch, where did these votes come from? I never heard about these. You know, with the holidays upon us, they just might be able to sneak this through, criminal behavior right before our eyes.

could this be 320 of the 561 "discovered" ballots, 320 they were able to match to paper registrations? but they were not supposed to add any of those according to the court order. so what's this 320 all about?

It's Democracy....live with it.

It's voter fraud. It's endless recounts until you liberals get a result you like.

Oh, and by the way: It's a troll. It's a zot.

I don't know if they're kidding or not, but it looks like a good song could be made out of this one. Like "Cat Scratch Fever" by Ted Nugent. Only make it "Recount Fever."
