Maybe he just meant:"Life is a sexually-transmitted fatal disease".

Why do conservatives buy homes in communities that enact such draconian regulations? Isn't the government doing enough to regulate you? I just don't get it.

In our case, it was because we had two days to find a house halfway across the country from our former home, and this subdivision offered the house we felt was best for the 9 of us, at a price we could live with. You make your tradeoffs. Rules here are pretty reasonable, aside from the clothesline problem, and I'm on the Architectural Review committee :-).

I wonder what would have happened if they plugged him in...

"I have a friend who is an er doc. He says that the other day he pulled a light bulb out of a patients poop shoot."

That patient must have been real pain in the ass.

It could be that the financial rewards of getting AIDS are greater than going on welfare.

Smokers, as a subpopulation, most certainly are not a drain on Medicare.

They tend to die off before they're eligible.

I'm not so sure about fatties and drinkers. Obviously, Medicare is for the elderly ... most folks think it's their right to get Medicare once they attain geezerhood.

They were certainly a chore but they sure did smell fresh after they were laundered and they made the baby so snuggly, unlike the plastic they use now.

Amen to that......there's nothing like sun-dried on the clothes line 100% cotton diapers. We used the disposables for night time and long car trips but I just could never get into putting synthetic plastic next to my babies' butts on a regular basis.

So are fatties, smokers, drinkers, and old people. Let's get rid of them all!

Sophistry is a no gainer.

But have a great day anyway.
