The RINOs on this forum who supported Snarlin' Arlen MacSpecter in the primary should be ashamed of themselves. If they're so happy with his damn record, they should switch parties and support DemocRATs like Brad Carson because his "conservative" rating is identical to Snarlin'.
Fortunately we have a chance to make up for the near-ouster of Snarlin' in 2006 by defeating both Jeffords AND Chafee. That would reduce the traitor list from 5 to 3.
The incomparable George Will.
Will's one sentence presages why the World lost its respect and admiration for the USA - Clinton's moral turpitude.
President Bush is having to reclaim what Clinton so recklessly surrendered - two centuries of creating and building this most magnificent Nation.
Our brief moment of joy was simply validation of our opinion - Bill Clinton should have been removed as President of the United States of America.
When the guilty are finally taken to task for their actions, everyone should celebrate.
Sadly, he did no time, paid no penance.
He's still the slimy piece of sub-human scum he always was, and he will not change.
I'd better stop right there, I feel a nasty rant coming.
I'm with you. Everytime the MSM talks about Nixon, they always manage to mention Watergate and that he resigned in disgrace. Whats good for the goose.
They said "Bush", not even Mister.
I was so PO'd, I wanted to kick my radio.
I"ve noticed, too, how disrespectful they are to the President.
I wonder when Republicans are going to learn that you can't make nice with these people. I thought there should have been witnesses called at the impeachment hearings. I thought impeachment meant removal from office but I guess all it is is a meaningless shame on you.
I remember, barely, the hearings and how the MSM at the time, acted as if the Nation were about to crumble.
Nixon had the decency and the sense of duty, to relieve the country of the ordeal of an impeachment.
He wasn't the prettiest man that ever served as Commander-in-Chief, but he had more dignity, IMHO, than was ever shown by that slimy piece of protozoa crap floating in eel feces.
2" on the ground and more coming, lows in the teens tonite, and high of 29 tommorrow.
I know, you folks out there in the Midwest are getting it too, but this thing we got is wierd
Snowing sideways, lightning.
I haven't seen lightning during a snowstorm in years.
"Disgraced, impeached, rapist, traitor, eX-POTUS"
Has a sort of ring to it....
I had the privilege of meeting Mr. Rogan at the GOP convention this past summer -- and getting a hug from him. :)
A truly honorable man with much integrity, and I'm sorry that he's no longer in the House.
I derived much joy from it -- from the fact that he was held (at least partially) accountable for his crimes and that the Constitution still works.
So, how did you celebrate today? :)
The infamous Senate vote of Feb 12,1999.
Here is how they voted.

Thank you so much for all your kind words, Spunky!
He got appointed somewhere in San Diego. I miss him, and I loathe Brad Sherman. Never voted for this man and magically he is my rep? To break the strong republican center in our area.
Lightning AND snow? Wow! Thats weird.
One of the things that have come out of that era is that Clinton is STILL having a major problem with a legacy.
I still meet with Mr. Gekas occasionally and the latest inside news from him is word from Arkansas is that attendance at the Clinton Library is so low that they will have problems with keeping the place open. Of course, you will not hear that from the media. The library is funded through 2008 but after that, they are in trouble.
