I haven't tried the Shiraz (Let's hop a Freighter to Iran and get the original), but a local Wine Grape Grower (with the highest scored Zin grapes ever...a 95) told me that Aussie and Chilean wines are some of the best for a $10 wine. So far the Oz Cab scores high.

one summer my family went on vacation down the eastern US seaboard. within about a week of each stop (e.g., virginia beach) there were nasty shark attacks. i think i read that Florida leads the world in fatal shark attacks. there is actually a website that lists attacks and fatalities. (i don't remember the address, but you can google for it.)
the only coastal place with no fatal shark attacks is long island, ny, where i live. (and maybe rhode island.)
we have nice sharks here, who are more sensitive.
