The Judge said that King County can't count the "Found" 723 ballots. RECOUNT means recount not recount PLUS some. Oh, by the way to others King County is the Land of DIM-RATS.... Thus not all that smart when comes to finding missing ballots for a month and half... LOL

Rossi had gained more than 8 votes as of a few days ago.
Someone reported earlier today that a write-in vote for "Christine Rossi" was counted...as a vote for Christine Gregoire...in King County, of course.

Note, by the way, that the name she campaigned under was Chris Gregoire, not Christine, so they really don't have even the flimsiest justification for counting that vote. Just a naked bit of election chicanery, same as usual.

Not to mention that write-in votes are usually for someone who is not already listed on the ballot...so if that voter had wanted to vote for Christine Gregoire or Dino Rossi, he or she didn't need to go to the trouble of writing in the name.
