Just a hypothetical, but you must admit; the ACLU does live in it's own little world.

To me, a realtor is just a couple of rungs lower than a used car salesman.

My brother in law is a used car salesman. I didn't know you could get lower than that.

In a general sense or are they screwing with you directly?

Everyone in America who has children in public schools is being affected directly.

Everyone who has a son that is a 'Boy Scout' is affected.

No I have never had direct contact but...

We're invaded and conquered. Martial law is imposed. The worst atrocities occur regularly against the citizens.

What's the ACLU going to do then? Sue them? Petition them??

Tell them it's all fine and good unless the dictators try to mention the word "god" or suggest that homosexuality isn't the same thing as heterosexuality.

Your point is very well taken. It's not bad enough that they're screwing us all; now they're attacking the next generation. Their arrogance and hatred of both God and America is beyond comprehension.

When you cause people to pay a half a million bucks, just to keep warm and safe at night, you are not only a thief, you are aligned with those trying to destroy this country.

We are becoming slaves to our homes, our lifestyles, our taxes.

The reason I love this site is that we can all help each other to try and overcome the lies and graft we see every day.

Must be low self-esteem.

That's true. I think my brother paid a half a million to live in a decent neighborhood in VA.

No. They just use low self-esteem as another one of their array of excuses for everything. If they can't fix the blame on a conservative, you can bet it will be low self-esteem. (even though they have plenty of reason to have low self-esteem, it's still their own doing.)

I reviewed tract maps, parcel maps, and other proposals to see if we had any facilities within the development. First, I had to determine what type of easement we had covering existing facilties. Then, if there was a potential problem, I worked with the developing party to correct or minimize the problem.

I wasn't into 'power play'. Just tried to treat everyone the same. Each in turn was my primary focus. You don't let things go, and then try to correct oversites later.

Interesting. Sounds like right of way access would have played into it a great deal.

When I was trimming trees for the power company, the only time we heard the word 'easement' was when the power lines went through an easement to provide residential power. It was a real pain dragging that brush out of there.

I got those calls too. I told neighbors that if they could agree on the property line, to build a common back fence, and eliminate the no man's land between them.

Fortunately, my neighbors don't really care and neither do I. If any of them wanted to have a party and park cars in our field, I wouldn't care. In fact, every year we use to get quite a few strangers parking there to see the 4th of July fireworks display. No one caused trouble and most of them picked up their own bear cans. It was alright.
