I reviewed tract maps, parcel maps, and other proposals to see if we had any facilities within the development. First, I had to determine what type of easement we had covering existing facilties. Then, if there was a potential problem, I worked with the developing party to correct or minimize the problem.
I wasn't into 'power play'. Just tried to treat everyone the same. Each in turn was my primary focus. You don't let things go, and then try to correct oversites later.
