She won't be indicted because it will only give her credibility. She fleeced the kookiest fringe of the left. If the Bush judiciary indicts her, it will give some validation to the fringe theories and will make her a pariah.
As it stands at this moment, Bev Harris is a con artist who made money playing to an emotionally fragile base. I say let them sort it out amongst themselves...no use getting rational people involved in this Battle of the Strangest.

She keeps insisting that she is NOT making a documentary and yet keeps plugging this documentary. This has been her ultimate goal in all this since she knows she will never be able to prove vote fraud. Nice scam. Bev Harris scams the DUmmies out of their money and then uses that "non-profit" revenue to film and market a documentary about vote fraud.
