I think their stupid base is going to fire them in Ohio :-)

All of us here in Ohio are ticked off that they are wasting millions of dollars of tax money in this recount and court cases. The Rats are losing votes by the minute.

If we could only have a similar streak of sanity here in the state of Washington.

Same as before, but I am not well-enough informed to be more specific. It's out of my field.

It has ended in Nov/2/04.

When they will lose their "refile" in Ohio Supreme Court, they will file in US Court of appeal where their case will be thrown away. They may also attempt to go to the US Supreme Court but their case will be also thrown.

Good. I'm sure the DUmmies will be pointing to this over the next four years claiming yet again Bush was "selected". Let them live in their own little world.

thrown out on technicality -- improperly filed.

I believe intentionally so. They believed by adding the contest of the Chief Justice to the contest of the President that they could ace the Chief Justice out of deciding the presidential issue, since the CJ couldn't decide a case about himself.

They were too clever by half.

Is this the Bev they were ripping apart the other day after she was screamed at on Randi Rhodes show? It's amazing how this group of misguided people goes ballistic when their representative can't persuade others to back their cause. That fact that they don't realize their position is far fetched goes a long way in explaining what kind of people we are dealing with.Let it go and take the advice of your favorite website Moveon.org.

Suing the OH Chief Justice was a stupid move. They can refile the case of course but its a waste of time. The DU Dummies offended the one guy who could move a hearing for them forward. Its OOOOOOOOOOOOVER, folks.

I just love the way the Dems are wasting their money. Why they are spending it like they were still tapped into Saddam's "Palaces for Oil" scheme.
