Well, I think we really need more common sense from our school officials. Kids have religious beliefs. There's no reason whatever that they should not express them at school, and the law prohibits restrictions on such expression.
The exception is during classroom time. During class time, instruction should be going on. Outside of the classroom, though, the kids should be allowed to distribute things like this.
The courts have ruled again and again that kids have that right, whether it's an invitation to join the Chess Club or a Bible study group. School administrators need some legal lessons.
The suits have already been won on these issues.
