You might have point if they hadn't found Connor dead! I think you should drop the "JFK" from your handle in the interests of truth in advertising.
Well resort to sarcasm if you must, but the fact is a murder was never proved to have been comitted, no time of death, no scene of the crime, not one eye witness, etc.
Scott Peterson has been sentenced to die for a crime that was never proven to have actually happened.
That is chilling to me and worse than a dozen murderers getting off.
That a man was convicted of a crime that was unproven to have been commited and also sentenced to death for it leaves you warm and cozy?
That sort of apathy has always been necesary for tyrany to flourish. If even the devil cannot be given full due process then that process will not protect you when tyrants come after you and other innocents.
Maybe SP did kill his wife, but that does not relieve the state from having to actually prove it, and without proving that a crime had been commited what they are doing to SP is railroading him with full media support.
But you dont have any concerns about this so just go on back to sleep.
