The allegations prompted college officials to cancel classes at Claremont's five undergraduate campuses the next day as thousands of students took part in demonstrations calling for tolerance.If I were the judge, I'd throw in an order for her to pay a pro-rata tuition refund for every student for the day they paid to learn rather than listen to protests over a phony crime.
She would not get her voting rights back until the students were compensated for rallying and protesting as well as the police for investigating.
Since she is appealing, sounds like there may be opportunity to do exactly that for wasting further time of the court.
