There's not very many people who have seen anything blow up with ten thousand psi on it.
The pressure itself is not the critical factor; it's the volume which is under that pressure.
A quarter inch line can blow with ten thousand psi and just make a loud pop.
The first time a fuel tank twice the size of a conventional fuel tank blows with ten thousand psi, no one will get close to one!
