The ethnic intimidation charge stems from Pennsylvania's "hate crimes" law – to which the newest "victim" category of "sexual orientation" was recently added.
THanks to the conservative Mennonites, Amish and other groups here in PA, we have a law which could have been prevented.
Did anybody VOTE for or against this "law"? I don't recall seeing it? Was this Arlin Spectre's idea?
God help us now because thought crimes are next. THey will hook us up to MRI's and see how we think about gays. Wonder if it registers pink or purple when we do.
Well here it is, The Hate Crime Speech law that is supressing our Freedom of Speech and Self Expression. This is what Hillary, Conyers, Jessie Jackson, SHiela Jackson Lee, John Kerry, Ted Kennedy and their cronies of the New PROGRESSIVE PARTY wants, the questions is are we going to allow them to have it? I say NO!! It is time to wake up and <arch on Washington and the Congress and demand that these so called Hate Crimes Laws are removed!!

Christians better wake up and smell the coffee. These are the first shots in the coming persecution of Christians in the USA. As for silently "turning the other cheek", that does not apply when we are confessing Christ and standing against evil. We used to call the Church in the present world, the "Church Militant" and the Church after Judgement as the "Church Triumphant". Funny...the modern clergy doesn't use those terms any more. Probably it's because they have surrendered and left the battlefield as the hirelings they are. Christians will be largely battling this alone, except for the help of God.

The only thing that will stop it is to get these liberal judges off the bench. The only way to do that is keep electing conservatives who appoint judges. I know judges are appointed for life but if we can get a few of the worst impeached and elect conservatives to slowly replace the rest, then we will have decent thinking judges on the bench. The ACLU don't care how many Christians march. As long as they have the liberal courts on their side they will continue to persecute us.
