Christians better wake up and smell the coffee. These are the first shots in the coming persecution of Christians in the USA. As for silently "turning the other cheek", that does not apply when we are confessing Christ and standing against evil. We used to call the Church in the present world, the "Church Militant" and the Church after Judgement as the "Church Triumphant". Funny...the modern clergy doesn't use those terms any more. Probably it's because they have surrendered and left the battlefield as the hirelings they are. Christians will be largely battling this alone, except for the help of God.

Years ago many denominations removed Onward, Christian soldiers from hymnals because it was too militant. That should have been seen as an omen.
